    Heat treatment in forgings

Heat treatment is used as an attempt to optimize the mechanical and physical properties for given forged carbon steel. Most people think of heat treatment as a process for hardening metal. This is not necessarily so, as many heat treatments are applied to soften metal in order to allow metal working operations such as deep drawing, cold forging and machining.

    Heat Treatments Available
    Normalizing
    Annealing
    Quench
    Temper
    Stress Relieve
Heat Stability testing for Rotating Parts

    Heat Treat Equipment
    12 dedicated heat treat furnaces
